The Production Process
1. Our products are designed using the most sophisticated, high-quality materials.
2. Once the frames are cut, each piece of wood is cut to exact specifications.
3. To meet strict tolerance specifications, they're joined together.
4. All frames are hand-checked for quality control.
5. Each piece of high-grade plexi-glass is cut exactly.
6. Matts are cut by a Swiss Manufactured Zun Ultra Precise computerized matt-cutter, each matt is inspected by hand to ensure quality.
7. The frame, matt and plexi-glass are then married with the art.
8. Each frame is inspected individually then wrapped for protection.
9. The pieces are boxed and ready to be shipped for your enjoyment!
